BARCA-Leeds is a multi-purpose charity in Bramley providing specialist services to help people overcome a broad range of issues. BARCA-Leeds supports all members of the local community, from children and young people to adults and families. Barca-Leeds runs a number of services including:
Youth Inclusion Project
- working with children and families to build resilience, reduce risk around offending and anti-social behaviour. Click here for more information on their programme, and click here to access their referral form.
Stronger Families Programme
- supporting families across Leeds and Bradford to develop skills and employment opportunities. If you would like support for you or your family please click here. Professionals who would like to refer families into the programme can access further information here.
- working with young people aged 18-24 who are not in Education, Employment or Training to help them get closer to work. Professionals who would like to refer young people, please click here.
Targeted Family Support
- a project specifically designed for young people aged 16-19 years and not in Education, Employment or Training. Engagement officers are able to offer 1 to 1 support with issues such as housing, debts, benefits advice as well as offering an eight week employability course. Click here for more information.
