How to request support

There are a number of ways to request support through the Bramley Cluster.

Through self referral

Bramley Cluster runs weekly drop-in sessions where a family support worker is available. An appointment is not needed.

The drop-in takes place at Children's Centre Hub @ Hollybush Annexe- Wednesday 1.00pm-2.00pm.

The Cluster also has an open-door policy, where families can call into the office at any time during opening hours and ask to speak to a member of the team.

Through a child's school

Parents/ carers or practitioners (with parental consent) can make contact with a child's school to explore support needs. The school can make a request for support to the Cluster on a family's behalf.

If you are unsure who to talk to please feel free to give the Cluster team a call.

Through partner agencies

There are lots of partner agencies who may already be working with a child and their family that can also make requests (with parental consent) for support to the Cluster. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Health visitors
  • School Nursing
  • Children's Social Work Service
  • GP surgeries
  • Third Sector (Voluntary) organisations
  • Housing support services
  • Youth organisations
