Bramley Cluster

Who We Are and What We Do

Bramley Cluster work with children and families to provide a comprehensive range of family support and therapeutic services across the Bramley area of Leeds. We cover 9 Primary Schools, 1 High Schools and 2 Children’s Centres. We also work closely with partners, voluntary agencies and community organisations in our area to ensure a fully integrated working approach in an aim to reduce the necessity for statutory interventions from the local authority and improve outcomes for families.

We are here to support you and your family to achieve the best outcomes for your children. Our team of Family Support Workers have a wealth of experience and love to meet and support our families. We also have a Family Outreach Worker who runs and develops groups and activities within the Bramley area. Our team is supported by a Cluster Leadership & Support Team which oversees all Cluster work, providing management function and data analysis of cases to allow strategic planning for future needs of the children and families in the Bramley Cluster and be a responsive, flexible service.

The team works in partnership with Targeted Services to provide a joined up package of support.  Targeted Services support families living in the Bramley area who have children aged 0-19. We aim to support closer working between agencies and services, to ensure families receive holistic, coordinated support. This includes working closely with Children’s Social Work Services to assist the safe landing of cases that are closing to their service, and to also advise on services that are available to families who are on Child in Need or Child Protection plans. It also includes the coordination, oversight, promotion and support of Early Help Plans.
